How to make dried sole fish powder 
It is very easy to make dried sole fish powder at home and can be used to enhance flavour for your dishes.

  1. Toast or bake the dried sole fish in the toaster or oven at low medium heat for 10 minutes or until the sole fish turns golden. 
  2. Allow the dried sole fish to cool down and break into smaller pieces.
  3. Grind the sole fish in the blender, until it becomes fine powder.
  4. Store the powder in an airtight glass bottle and keep it in the fridge for prolonged storage. Use a dry spoon to scoop out small portions for usage.
